[Her attention wasn’t about to be broken, she wasn’t going to give up, or lose focus, if she couldn’t win something that was simple like this, then how was she suppose to do anything else? Sure a video game was different then real life, but it had some of the same basis to it, she already had messed up by losing her controller, what if that had been her losing her weapon in a fight, what if— she couldn’t be careless like that, no one was going to be merciful like Yomi was— no one would be.]

[As they got to the final points of the game, her motions on the controller got faster and louder, she hit the buttons harder and harder as they got down to the last few seconds and then—

—!! She had won! Ah! She felt really proud of herself that she came out on top, that even proved that when the going got tough, you could always come out as the victor in the end, a lesson she would always keep in mind.]

Thank you— I tried as best as I could, but I guess this means I get to decide dinner, hmm~? [She tried to put a show on for a moment, but then she shook her head and looked back at Yomi, she would have lost the game if Yomi had taken the upper hand at it, so she figured she would give the choice to her, as a way of saying thanks.] You decide, you woulda won, if you hadn’t given me that break when I lost the controller, so in my way of thanking, you get to pick! I accept either way. [She smiled brightly, she was just happy to spend this time with Yomi and learn a lesson and have a bit of fun, so either way— dinner didn’t matter at the moment.]

[Hearing Kagura’s words she sighed and shook her head a bit. Kagura won, fair and square— so she believed at least. Placing her hands on her hips once again she leaned over and looked at Kagura]

No no no! Have you been hanging around your father again? Because you should take the chance to use your victory to an advantage~! Don’t be so nice to the opponent just because they were nice to you in the game. Come onnn~ Think up your worst— or should I say best? Well whatever you want! If you can guess my most hated dish, or your favorite dish. Whatever it is, tell me. Because I’m not cooking what I want, that wouldn’t be fair to you, Kagura.

[Yomi was somewhat a proud individual. She accepted defeat when needed. She was fair, well at least in a video game she was. If this was a real fight in real life she would have taken no hesitation in getting in that extra hit to gain an advantage in a fight. After all, fighting was a live or die situation. A game was not. So she wanted to accept her defeat gracefully. She did however like Kagura’s intentions. It’s just, Kagura had won, and Yomi wanted her to use her winning right. By making Yomi make whatever she had wanted. Whether it be complicated, easy, something nasty, or something really tastey. Yomi just wanted to play fair with Kagura. She wasn’t going to accept Kagura’s right to choosing the dish tonight.]

“I can say the same here! But I don’t get to walk around freely a lot, so it’s to be understandable. But I can’t say if you are in new places though~”

[The raven haired girl laughed a little after what she had said. Trying to be friendly— as she usually is. Why should she act any different? She loved making new friends, to those that would actually come up and greet her, or allow her to introduce herself. Because often times people would walk the other way when she came near despite her over-all nice attitude. It didn’t bother her much though, because over all she did have a lot of friends, well to her that is. Nevertheless, she was nice to this girl, despite how the girl was probably viewing her as. Yomi hadn’t cared, because she hadn’t felt that ill of an intent from the other female. Or at least it just wasn’t noticeable to Yomi— not yet at least, and for Yomi, that was a talent she had. She was able to get a bunch of vibes from people. because of that she had caught people before they committed suicide or other dangerous attempts to end their life. Overall, Yomi was a helper to society, both officially, and personally, well she liked to believe the personally part, because most of the time when she caught onto someone it was during a job— so yeah.]

“It’s really nice out today, isn’t it? I haven’t gotten a free day on such a beautiful day in a loooong time! And it seems that it is with good company as well.”

[She spoke, soon flashing a smile to the girl.]

Yuno somehow notices Yomi’s aura quite different from other people. Her view about this person was than what she acts. Yuno thought she’s the type of girl who would steal her beloved away and betray Yukki, But she was mistaken.  This girl infront of her is a kind and friendly person that you could rely on. But she still wasn’t sure about it, What if this girl infront of her right now will betray or deceive Yukki in some way? The pinkette couldn’t trust this girl at the moment, Even if she looks trustable she may be something opposite in the inside. Yuno had a smile form on her lips to cover her thoughts that could let it be a step to know her real character. Yuno turned to face Yomi and started to ask questions with an innocent smile on her face.

“From what I see, You seemed to be the kind of person that have a lot of friends. “  Yuno let out a chuckle, having her hands cover her mouth who had a smirk for a while. A mischievous one, Yuno tried to be friendly to a person Yukki just met, and looks like he trusted her. Yuno, questioned her but a quite different one.
“Do you know a person named Amano Yukiteru?” She once smiled again, waiting for an answer.

[Yomi continued to act her normal self. There was no reason for her to act differently, she believed. She was judging this girl as well as she was judging her. But most likely not as much as Yuno was judging Yomi. Yomi just analyzed most of the basics, she didn’t feel the need to do more than that. There were no spirits surrounding the girl or anything, she she didn’t feel the need to be all to concerned… or at least, not yet.]

“I wish it was like that… though with what I go through, I can understand why some people don’t want to be friends with me. I’m busy a lot of the time so I don’t always get to make much time for my friends. It’s a shame.”

[She sighed a little, playfully of course. Although it was true. With her sick “mother” she really had no time to do anything— although the whole “mother” thing was just a code. Yomi worked part time as an exorcist, and the “mother” code was for her to get out of school whenever she was needed.]

“Ah—? Yukiteru-kun? Yes, I know him. I just met him not too long ago actually! He seems to be a nice boy to me. Why do you ask?”

magician-of-words:

If what you mean by peaceful, you mean boring some of the time, then yeah— sometimes when all my friends are busy there’s just NOTHING to do and it gets pretty boring, but— most the days I hangout with them after school for our club or other places, we play games or just hangout, its pretty fun—!

Well nevertheless! That seems pretty fun to me. Having such a peaceful environment is a nice change every once in a while. So I’m a little jealous of you getting to live here. I wish I could just relax with my friends like you can~

[She sighed playfully]

Though, I can’t say that’d be fun all the time of course. Ahaha! But still, don’t take what you have for granted, and trust your companions with all that you can. I’m sure they’ll never let you down.

isayamayomi:

You’re very welcome! Like I said, you’ll do fine in no time!

[She smiled, hoping that she wasn’t being too imposing, she was just trying to brighten the boy up a little. She could tell though, due to him gaining his new friends that he was things were seeming to brighten up for him though. Things would only get better— or so she had hoped at least, for his benefit.]

Haha, I see! Well it’s good to have a friend in which you can rely on then. I hope that she helps you out in the future as well. Because I’m sure it wouldn’t be fun to just end up in the middle of no where or what not when observing!

[She chuckled a little. Ahh, she was sort of jealous of the boy, but at the same time she wasn’t. If she had all the free time to observe that he did, she would surely grow bored of her every day life, compared to what she does now.]

Well I was about to head home. Not that you are stopping me, it’s been nice to talk to you! So don’t think that you are stopping me!

[With that thought, she soon reached into her pocket in her skirt and pulled out her phone. Sliding the screen up and looking at the time. She then a moment later putting it away.]

I’ve got time to kill anyways! I don’t have to be home for about an hour anyways, unless of course I am preventing you from doing your errand for your mother that is— which if I am, I can let you go to it~

This conversation was going well at least, it made him feel more calm and at ease to talk to someone that seemed to be high-spirted and everything, sure he was never picky with the people that chose to talk to him, because he always wanted to have more friends, people that he could get to accept him, being a bystander for so long was a hard life and he wanted to share it with the people he choose to get close too and he could see she would be one of those people.

He didn’t think twice about how Yuno might have felt about him being around her, after all that wasn’t something he ever mentioned, he mentioned she was a friend little did he ever say he was having her pose as a girlfriend all for his own benefit just so he could live, it was all a lie, but as long as Yuno believed that lie all was well right? He was patheic, but he knew that, he knew it too his very core, but that didn’t change what he did, he still did, he was so scared…a terrible human being, eh the life of a bystander, eh?

“Oh— no, you weren’t keeping me at all. If you want you can come with me, its just a simple store run really…” He was blushed a bit, he wasn’t good at talking to people and let alone girls after all; so he tried his best not to sound rude as he asked.

“That’s good that I wasn’t keeping you at least. I don’t want to be a bother though… Even though you invited me, and I appreciate that, I really do. I don’t want to be a bother like I said, so are you sure you’d like me to join you?”

[She smiled a bit as she spoke, her facial expressions turning a little more worrisome once she finished what she had spoken. As she said, she didn’t want to be a bother. Since she knew he had to probably get what he needed and go home, she hadn’t wanted to keep him any longer than he had too. Even though his mother had sounded pretty passive, she didn’t want to take the chance in which she wasn’t and he get in trouble, because in the end it would have been her fault, would it not? She also had to get home somewhat soon anyways. It was getting late, and she didn’t want to keep her father any longer than necessary.]

[She looked to him then pulled out her phone for a moment to see if there were any messages, none. She quickly put the phone back in her pocket.]

“Hmm… it’s starting to get a little late— not that I have to leave yet or anything, I just… like I said earlier, I don’t want to keep you any longer than you need to be! No offense!”

[Yomi had noticed she seemed a bit timid at the beginning— again thinking it was solely because of her appearance. So she thought nothing of it. She knew not of the relation between this girl and Yukiteru, she just saw her as another new person she had met. Nothing more than that. It wasn’t that she wasn’t observant, it’s just well she had never seen her, nor has Yukiteru mentioned her. So again, she thought nothing of it.]

That’s good to hear, I’m pretty well myself. It’s been a slow day today, which is nice for a change of pace.

[Normally Yomi would have been called out of school, to a site in which she was needed to exorcise whatever was necessary. So it was nice to have a slow day every once in a while like today. But if it had happened to often, Yomi would most definitely get bored too quickly and get very antsy throughout the day. But most likely later that night she would be called out, or maybe her Fiance would have something to line up for them both to do. Only time could tell after all.]

“I haven’t saw you around here. But maybe, I’m just wandering to different places.” She talked in a cheerful tone, Looking at her directly so observe what she’s on about. Yuno’s quite used to people trying to talk to her despite her being popular in school. But she seems not good to start new conversation with people. She tried her best keep up the conversation so she can observe her more. This girl was written on her diary a few times, seeming to quite get along with Yukki. What if Yukki liked her even a tiny bit? No. That would never happen.

“I can say the same here! But I don’t get to walk around freely a lot, so it’s to be understandable. But I can’t say if you are in new places though~”
